DESIGN SYSTEM
Collaborating closely with Officeworks' team, we developed a centralised design system in Figma. This system enabled consistent design across all app components and facilitated rapid prototyping and iteration.

Through a user-driven design overhaul, we transformed the Officeworks app into a hub of seamless shopping experiences, resulting in elevated functionality and engagement. The app now resonates well with diverse audiences ranging from from tech-savvy shoppers to students and large businesses alike.

Through iterative design improvements and data driven decision making, we achieved substantial enhancements in app usability and satisfaction metrics. Significantly improving app ratings up to todays 4.8 rating, whilst also dramatically improving and user engagement. Internally, the robust new design system has also created a new level of consistency and ease of use for the design and development teams.
